- Free Plans: Most products offer a free or freemium plan. No refunds are applicable for free usage.
- Paid Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with a paid service, you may request a refund within 7 to 15 days of the original payment date.
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable only if technical issues from our side prevent access or usage and we are unable to resolve them within 3 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Customized services, consultations, setup fees, or usage beyond the 7-day period are non-refundable.
- How to Request: Send an email to support@gws365.in with your account ID, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
